With the continued limitations of educational funding, professional development is usually the first area limited or cut from local and state budgets. The Center for Staff Development™ has come up with a truly WIN-WIN situation for the problem.

By providing the facilities, specifically the space and place for staff development, you can provide select school and district leaders, teachers and other school personnel FREE training and related instructional materials in ANY SUBJECT AREA or ORGANIZATIONAL LEVEL on ANY educational topic that can be shared with their colleagues and students.

Major Benefits Include:

  • Free training by top trainers in specific areas needed by your business, industry or health related organization.

  • An opportunity for personnel in your organization to interact with peers in the similar areas of interests.

  • Short travel and reduced costs for participants from surrounding organizations to attend and gain the same valuable training and information.

  • No high costs for hotels and travel for the HOST and visiting participants.

  • Limited to No Parking problems or costs to pay.

  • First granted rights are given to the HOST to hire the trainer for additional on-site training at a 40 % reduced rate, if contracted with The Center for Staff Development™ within 20 business days after the seminar.

  • A focus not only on the specific topic in detail, but materials and directions with a train-the-trainer format which will allow each participant to serve as a trainer to the teams or individuals in your organization.
